We are a Spirit inside a body experience

We are a Spirit inside a body : dear Sara, I would like to tell you about my wonderful experience that happened recently: a few nights ago, while I was semi awake, I felt as if I was being lifted up, I was extremely lightweight, as if I had left my body!

It was night, so I did not see anything, but I could perceive I was directly above my body.

And then, suddenly, I felt a wonderful sensation, I felt so serene, without any worries, and surrounded by so much peace, happiness and love.

I felt as if someone who really loves me was right next to me!

It was an experience that only lasted a few seconds, but it was extremely intense, in fact, right after it, I felt as if I was being sucked back into my own body, I definitely noticed my Soul re-entering inside me! It was a wonderful thing!

I believe I was able to experience all of this thanks to my Guardian Angel, because every night, before I fall asleep, I always pray to him to help me, especially with my health! Perhaps he wanted to let me understand that we are not only a body but a Spirit inside a body, and therefore our Soul will live forever!
