The sweetness I feel inside my heart, this Love that I feel for you, is so big that every contact with your heart is beautiful, the words that are born from my heart for you are wrapped in sweetness, of infinite Love and through you they speak of infinite Love and instill calmness into your hearts. We are close to you, to help you, to support you, to be able to feed with our Love the heart that often feels so alone and neglected by from the Love and the help of other brothers.

There is so little Love on earth, the heart is like a river full with feelings, but sending this Love is always a problem. You often feel the solitude of your heart, is it an impression or is it a need? A heart always needs contact with other hearts, as you help you can establish this contact, as you are being helped this contact lights up inside you, how can Love express itself in solitude? There is a need for constant contact with the heart of other people, to feel your great Love flow inside you. But why hold it back? A need for Love, for a contact with another Love, solitude leaves its place to life, to possibility, to the feeling, to living, to experimenting yourselves as a heart in contact with other hearts.

Why shun life from your own existence?

Life expresses itself to you inside the heart, you cuddle and you feel sweetness inside you, life in the sweetness, you console and you feel sweetness inside you, life in the sweetness, with Love, extended toward one another, and you feel sweetness inside you, life in the sweetness, and while you take care of the daily issues, thinking from your heart even in those moments about the great gift that you carry to other people, you will feel sweetness inside your heart, life in the sweetness. An impression of life in the sweetness if you give yourselves as a gift, every moment of your existence, because every moment can be a gift for you.

A gift in a smile, a gift in a hug, a gift in communication, a gift in taking care of something, and from the heart comes the impression of your existence as sweetness.

And another sweetness, the heart with which you are in contact also gives you the attention you desire through Love. You feel it extended toward you, so much sweetness, you feel it coming from the heart to help you, so much sweetness, its smile, its embrace, so much sweetness!

So, my loved one, why hold back sweetness, Love, inside your heart? Solitude, you only feed more solitude in many hearts when you hold back your Love.

You miss out on so much joy, you miss out on so much joy but at the same time not having that gift protects you from those who do not give Love in every contact with many other hearts; you protect yourselves from those who do not love by losing those who do love you. You keep your sweetness for those who love you or will love you, you lock up your gift for those who love you or will love you, you lock up life for those who love you or will love you, the compensation: loneliness.

My sweet children, my loved ones, I come to donate myself to all of you, even to those I know will refute me, or offend me or not listen to me, being Love for every one of my children is to be a sweet example for each one of my children on how each one of my children can be; being an example in the expression of my Love is to be an example for every sweet child of mine on how he can be; being an example of Love for everyone makes the circumstance evident for every one of my children that they too can be an example of Love.

Sweetness is the feeling that is inside my heart and accompanies me toward everyone, toward everything, and for me loneliness is inexistent, when I donate to you I experiment my existence, when I listen to you I feed of existence. This Love corresponds to my always being in the movement of my being a feeling, this is your Father, movement of Love that expresses itself constantly, donates itself, this is the life of your Father.

Think of how many times I find you and I establish a bond with you between our hearts, and I give you some advice, a sentence, a word of Love, it’s truly a constant thing to seek you and donating myself inside your heart at all times. And the hearts always react when I donate myself, that light, that hope that lights up and that you feel, it’s my donating myself to you into your heart. That light, that hope, is Love that is donating itself to you.

I would like to hug you so tight to push you to donate yourselves with al of yourselves every moment, making you feel the wonderful sweetness that a heart that donates itself can feel, but I have the words to encourage you, be Love, donate yourselves to everyone, starting from your heart, and a river of sweetness will erase all loneliness from your heart forever.
